So this is a new server with small for now community (it's a shame really because it's a great server.)
So here it is:

RATES:

EXP : x300
SP : X300
Adena : x400

Enchant Rates:

80% to weapons , and max is +35 , safe is + 4
75% to armors and jev , and max is + 30 , safe is + 4

MODS:

Soul system:
For each PvP you will take 4 souls , for each PK you will take 2 Souls
Soul's Commands :
.souls ( to show how much souls you have )
.showstats ( to see the stats of target player )
With Souls you can buy some items or add stats to your char

PvP Name Color System:
Your name color and title will change at:

0PvPs= grey name and title=soldier

250 PvPs = dark grey name and title=soldier

500 PvPs = orange name and title=officer

1000 Pvps = red name and title=captain

1500 PvPs = blue name and title=commander

2000+ PvPs = purple name and title=hero

General User Commands:

.shoparea ( to go to our shoparea)

.xparea ( to go to our xparea / farmarea )

.pvparea ( to go to our pvp area / arena )

.online (to see how much players are on )

.pkinfo ( show the rank of pk all over the players and current karma ( needs restart for one player to update the infos )

.pvpinfo( show the rank of pvps all over the players )

.help ( help menu for new players in our server )

.donateinfo (donate infromations (currently are off ))

.serverinfo (Server's Informations )

.heroinfo ( Heroes' Rank and e.t.c )

GM shop with all Items (Vesper included)
Special Trader (for buying special weaps and items)

-xp area where you can easily Xp.

-Shop area all NPCs Needed spawned here!
-Farm area where you farm F.A. and can buy things with them from Special trader.
